I have a faulty item. How do I return?

We are sorry to hear that your item is faulty!

To return an item(s) firstly print the returns form, complete it and return it with your invoice and goods to:

If you've purchased items from one of our brand partners please see additional information in regards to returning those items below. Please note, these items cannot be returned to store. 

BRANDRETURN PROCESS
adidas/ReebokReturns should be sent directly back to adidas/Reebok. You should have a pre-paid label in the box the order came in.
Please repackage your items and return using that label. If the label is missing or lost, please contact Customer Service to arrange a replacement.
RegattaPlease return items to us following our normal returns process. 

Please retain your returns proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse the cost of the return once the processing of the returned item(s) have been completed.

For yours and our safety; if your items are glassware or crockery, please email pictures in to us and don't send anything back until we've been in contact with you.

For any returns, the original packaging and swing tickets, where applicable, need to still be in place.
