Sorry you haven't got your full order yet.
Sometimes orders can be split into two parcels and this is the case if you've ordered items from one of our brand partners. When this is the case, they are not always dispatched at the same time and they also don't always arrive at the same time. When each parcel is sent, you get an email with the tracking reference number for that parcel. If you don't have your dispatch email anymore, you can find the tracking reference numbers in your order history.
If any of your items are from one of our brand partners the tracking link can only be found in the shipping confirmation email.
Please allow a bit of time for all parcels to arrive.
It could also be that the item you selected was out of stock when we were packing your order. If out of stock, the item would have been cancelled, an email sent out to confirm this, and you have not been charged for it.
If you have items from one of our brand partners as part of your order, the order will be charged at the time of placing it. If the item has been cancelled, the funds will revert back to your account within a few days. The time this takes depends on your payment provider's processes.
