      • As a member you will be provided with your own unique digital member pass in the form of a QR code. This can be stored in your Apple or Google wallet. This pass is not transferable and cannot be copied and can only be used by you. 
      • You must keep us informed of any changes to your personal details. We will not be responsible for any loss of benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate.  
      • If you have consented to email marketing communications, you will receive email communications relating to your membership. These will include exclusive rewards, offers and invitations (See Rewards and Benefits). You can opt out of these email marketing communications at any time via your preference centre or unsubscribe link in every marketing email. Opting out of email marketing communications will not change your membership status and you will still have access to benefits via your online account. 
      • Your marketing preferences regarding your Sports Direct Membership Programme are combined with your marketing preferences for your main account.
      • Frasers Plus and Sports Direct Membership are independent products/programmes and are managed separately. Frasers Plus is a credit product where customers can accrue points and earn rewards and is managed separately in the Frasers Plus App. You can sign up for both Frasers Plus and Sports Direct Membership; however, you cannot use Frasers Plus benefits and Sports Direct Membership offers in the same transaction. However, if you are a Frasers Plus customer, you can use the Frasers Plus payment method to pay for your goods after a Sports Direct Membership offer has been applied.
      • You will need to activate select offers via your online account before they can be redeemed. You can activate multiple offers at one time but for offers that are redeemable online via the web/app or in store, only one can be redeemed at a time, and the best offer will be automatically applied at checkout. 
      • Activated promotions will apply automatically at the till if they meet the relevant criteria (and you cannot deactivate the promotion).
      • If more than one promotion applies to a qualifying purchase, the best promotion financially to the customer will be applied only.
      • If you are in a multi-fascia store e.g. A Frasers store with a Frasers and a Sports Direct section and would like to use your membership, your promotion will only apply to purchases of Sports Direct products e.g. for the birthday month promotion - £100 minimum spend for 20% off in birthday month, the minimum spend must be on Sports Direct products only
