• Once a transaction is made without the scanning of a member pass, it cannot be retrospectively added to the account
• Sports Direct Membership benefits have no cash redemption value. The benefits are for members personal use and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to another member. 
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Sports Direct Membership programme at any time. We will notify you of any changes to these Terms and Conditions via email communication or by posting notices in store and on Sports Direct.com.
• If we believe that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or that you have abused the Sports Direct Membership programme, we reserve the right to take any appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account. 
• If there is any difference between these terms and other information provided in relation to the membership, these terms shall prevail.
• You are personally liable for any and all fees, costs, charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from your membership of the scheme
• The benefit of these Terms may be transferred by us to any other company within the group of companies of which we are a member without notice. Your rights under these terms will not be affected by any such transfer.
• Insofar as permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect damages, losses, costs and/or expenses incurred whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise and howsoever arising relating to the membership or any termination of or variation thereof and/or any benefit conferred on you by virtue of your use, or intended use, of membership, including (without limitation) in respect of any delays, delivery errors and/or connection problems. In no circumstances shall our liability exceed the total value of the relevant order or reward that any claim relates to.
• We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). Our obligations under these terms are suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues.
• Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights that you have including any rights in relation to any products supplied by Sports Direct.
• If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the relevant Term or Condition shall be severed and deleted and shall not affect the enforceability of the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions.
• A person who is not party to these terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
