One (1) winner will receive: (i) a ticket to participate in the ‘ASICS LDNX’ race event (“Event”); and (ii) a full head-to-toe running kit, which includes a top, bottom and pair of shoes only (as selected and provided by the Prize Provider at its sole discretion).

Travel* & accommodation** for the winner is also included as part of the Prize.

For the avoidance of doubt, there will only be 1 winner of this Competition, 1 ticket to the Event, and 1 ASICS running kit to be gifted. The ticket will be sent to the email address provided on the Web, App or Meta Data Capture Form (defined below). The ASICS running kit will be delivered by the Prize Provider to the winner’s home address (detail to be collected after the winner confirms acceptance via email). See clauses 8 and 9 below of the Competition Terms.

   1. enter using your own personal active Platform account (corporate

   3. be resident in the United Kingdom;
   4. be aged 18 or over (the Promoter may ask for copies of documentation
   5. to evidence this);
   6. be able to attend and participate in the Event* on the date set out
   7. above; and
   8. hold a valid UK postal address.
2. Entries must be received within the Competition Period.

*By entering the Competition, the entrant understands and acknowledges that participation in the Event involves, physical exertion, exposure to elements, and potential for injury or illness. The winner agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions or concerns to Promotor prior to participation in the Event. The winner is not under any obligation to participate in the Event. The participant releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Promoter, including its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Event.

1. Download the Sports Direct UK App (the “App”) and create an account or log

   in with your account;

2. Sign up via through ONE of the following: 
   • Option 1: Sign in or create a Sports Direct account on the App or Sports Direct Website (the “Web”), click on ‘ASICS LDNX’ under ‘Giveaways’ in the member area on the App or Web, and complete the webform by filling out your first name, last name, date of birth and email using the same email address as your account on the App.
   • Option 2: Complete the Meta Data Capture Form, using the same email address as your account on the App, by clicking the link in the Promoter’s Instagram/Facebook paid advertisement; and filling out your first name, last name, email address and date of birth.
3. Submit your entry within the Competition Period to be valid.

The Competition does not apply to entries made before or after the Competition Period; Employees and agents of the Promoter and its group companies are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
